Chase and Nanaw had a really good day. Nanaw has decided that having structure for school time really works well. And taking away computer time in order to get Chase focus and concentrate really works well also. Chase was very excited to have a piece of butter bread along with his regular breakfast. (He also had one with lunch and one with his afternoon snack -- he loves butter bread!) For school, Chase did morning work, one of the spring prep pages, and three of the set of activities from Mrs. Meyer. He also did subtraction problems, subtraction flashcards, cursive handwriting practice and reading out loud. After the school work was finished, Chase and Nanaw went outside to plant the seeds Nanaw bought: radishes, pumpkins and green beans. Then Chase watered the plants and flowers and bushes for Nanaw. Chase sprayed himself with the hose and pretended like he was taking a shower. When Nanaw took Chase home, Mama said they were having the taco salad that Chase had requested -- LOL. Mama sent Nanaw a picture she took of Chase posing with his First Communion banner; it's the last one below.
