Chase and Nanaw got a really late start on school on Monday. Nanaw had to work on the church website in the morning. But when they did do school, it went well. Chase did reading, subtraction flashcards, addition flashcards and cursive handwriting practice. He also watched (intently) the Room 9 programs. He really likes Mrs. Forth and is happy when she's on. For lunch, Chase had some of Nanaw's delicious turkey soup that she had in the freezer. He ate all of it. Then he had some broccoli and cauliflower. It's really funny how he likes those strong vegetables. But it's a good thing. Nanaw likes them too, but not Mama. Chase had baseball practice tonight from 6:30 to 8 but Mama couldn't go because she was doing some kind of Zoom call with Phoebe. In the evening, Mama told Nanaw that Chase misbehaved at baseball practice, and Daddy made him go to bed early. Nanaw will have to find out what happened.
