Somehow, Chase didn't get as much school work done on Thursday as Nanaw planned. He played around more than usual, and Nanaw had difficulty getting him back on track. But it will all work out. They can catch up tomorrow. And they're doing more school work this summer than they've ever done during the summer. Chase really likes the classes on Channel 9's Room 9 program. He pays attention to the teachers and seems to like most of them -- which is really cute. The first picture below is Chase doing breathing exercises at the direction of one of the Room 9 teachers. In the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw went to the Telegraph Road library to pick up books, movies and books on tape that Nanaw had on request. They were having curbside pickup, and Nanaw wasn't quite sure how to do it. She registered with a lady in a tent but they had to wait about 45 minutes to get their books and things. It looked like if you texted ahead of time you got your books much faster. So Nanaw is going to try to figure out the best way to do curbside pickup.
