Chase came over to Nanaw’s house on Saturday morning while Mama went to the grocery store. Chase and Nanaw finally played with Chase’s Hex Bug toy. It has rubbery things that you hook together in a track and then you run the hex bugs inside the track. It was fun to play with, and Chase left it at Nanaw’s house so they can play with it again next week. After they were finished playing with hex bug, Chase and Nanaw went into the computer lab to play baseball with the stuffed animals on the bed. Nanaw’s team were her stuffed animals and Chase’s team was his. After the baseball game, Chase played on the ABCYA site on Nanaw’s new computer. In the afternoon, Chase had a hockey game at 3. Unfortunately, they lost but Chase had fun playing. After the hockey game, they went out to dinner at La Fiesta on Lindbergh, one of Mama’s favorites. Next, they went to Dick’s to buy running shoes for Chase. Daddy and Chase ran around the neighborhood last night, and Chase has signed up for cross-country running at school in the fall. After Dick’s, Chase went swimming in his pool. Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase at Dick’s and one of him in his pool playing water baseball.
