The first picture below is one that Mama took last night at Chase's baseball game and sent to Nanaw. Nanaw is hoping to go to another of Chase's baseball games soon. Chase and Nanaw spent a lot of time downstairs today because of the cleaning lady coming. They did some school before going upstairs and then finished school upstairs. Nanaw thinks Chase sort of likes doing school, which makes her very happy. Nanaw forgot to remind Chase to do his AR reading today. She'll definitely remember to remind him tomorrow. After school was finished, Chase wanted to play in the water with the new sprinklers Nanaw bought on Saturday. He set up the little yellow round one first, all by himself, and turned on the water. He ran through it a couple of times, then decided to try out the oscillating sprinkler. He decided he liked the round sprinkler the best. Nanaw was so proud of how self-sufficient he was in setting up the sprinklers and turning on the water. He's getting so grown-up. He played water baseball in the sprinkler until it was time for Daddy to come pick Chase up. Daddy was in the office today, and Mama had a hair appointment so that's why Nanaw didn't take Chase home like she usually does. In the evening, Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase playing in his swimming pool in the backyard. It's the last picture below.
