When she left the little house on Sunday, Nanaw had to sit and wait at the gate for about 20 minutes before someone came along. Two nice young men came to the gate and let Nanaw go through. Yay! Nanaw went to Chase's house for dinner. They had grilled wings and grilled chicken legs and baked beans. Chase had a Lunchable. Mama told Nanaw that Chase and Daddy went to church in the morning, and then Chase played computer games during the day. He also played baseball with Mama and Daddy out in the back yard. He didn't have baseball practice. Daddy put up Chase's pool in the back yard but Chase hadn't gotten in it yet because the water was so cold. After dinner, Chase decided he wanted to get in the pool. He put on his swim clothes, got his goggles and found his water bat and ball. Nanaw pulled up a chair by the pool so she could watch Chase play in the pool. She had him demonstrate all his swimming strokes, including floating, a non-jumping breaststroke and a side stroke. He also did freestyle and the backstroke. It was very impressive. He played baseball in the pool with Nanaw being the one to fetch the ball. She also got wet when he splashed in the pool. Nanaw told Chase she bought two new sprinklers: a circle one and an oscillating one and Chase said he wanted to use them tomorrow to play in the water. After Nanaw left, Chase and Mama were going to play Roblox. Chase wanted Mama to use her Roblox gift card on her avatar.
