Today was the ICS church/school picnic. Mama worked at the book sale from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nanaw rode to the picnic with Chase and Daddy. They met Mama on their way in. Mama said she had lots of fun working at the book sale with her friends Michelle and Becky. She said the three of them would work the book sale again next year. Michelle and Becky told Nanaw that Mama did a great job at the sale, giving people tips on what books to buy. They were both very impressed with Mama. At first, Chase was moody and didn't want to do anything. Daddy told him to just be happy. His friends Brady and Hunter came by and Nanaw took a picture of the three of them. Chase finally went off to play games; he did the dog launch, animal games and the pitching booth. Then he went to the ICS playground and played for a long time. Chase and Mama did lots and lots of pull tabs to win money. They won several dollars and turned them in for more pull tabs. Brady's sister Emma won a lot more money, just like last year. Mama, Chase and Nanaw left about six, and Daddy stayed to listen to the band.
