Today was Daddy and Mama's Labor Day party. It started out as a party for Daddy's side of the family but then expanded to both sides of the family, plus friends. It started to rain in the morning and kept up all day. For a while, the kids played in the garage and the adults huddled under the roof in the WE bar or stayed inside. Nanaw stayed inside talking with Aunt Becky. Chase played with Jackson, Elias and Wesley. They played baseball video games downstairs and soccer in the front yard. Chase had an excellent time, as usual. He loves playing with his cousins and his friend Jackson. When Nanaw left, he was in the living room, sitting on the love seat with his tablet and headphones, his favorite thing to do.
