Mama had the day off from work on Friday so she took Chase to school. Mama had an exciting girls weekend planned with her friends Aunt Kristen and Aunt Theresa. Aunt Kristen and Mama were going shopping at the outlet malls in Chesterfield and then they were going to stay overnight at the hotel at the Hollywood Casino. That's where cousin Mike works as a security guard so Mama was going to be sure to see him. Nanaw wanted her to take a picture but Mama said probably not. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he backed out of the door and backed across the sidewalk. Nanaw turned him around before he could back up the steps -- what a funny kid! On the walk to the car, he threw what he calls snowballs at Nanaw -- just handfuls of snow. Before Chase's nap, he and Nanaw played with his cars. Then Chase played with the color-changing cars and water. After his nap, Nanaw set up paints, markers, crayons, stickers, paper, and coloring and painting books on the kitchen counter. Then Chase and Nanaw colored and painted and had a great time. When Nanaw took Chase home, he threw "snowballs" at Daddy. Daddy told him they were going to Waterloo Walmart and that Chase could have a toy. Chase said he wanted another color-changing toy. Daddy told Nanaw that he was signing Chase up for abcmouse.com and would give her the password as soon as he had it. Chase is going to love that.
