Chase had an early Saturday shopping adventure with Mama and Daddy -- they went to Home Depot and Walmart. At Walmart they bought a Fillmore (a psychedelic van from the Cars movie) for Nanaw. In the evening, Chase, Mama, Daddy and Nanaw went to Uncle Mike's and Aunt Becky's house for a fish dinner of the Rockbridge trout -- there were delicious homemade chicken nuggets for Mama, Chase and Nanaw who do not care for trout. They also had homemade cheese fries and homemade macaroni and cheese. Cheyenne and Chase had a wonderful time playing together, running around in circles and playing with Cheyenne's toys. Cheyenne gave everyone their share of face licks, especially Chase. Cheyenne is twice Chase's size but Chase is not intimidated by her at all -- he's fearless with a huge German Shepherd. Everyone had a wonderful time talking and playing. Aunt Becky showed Nanaw what her Christmas present was going to be: a beautiful blanket with pictures of the family -- awesome.
