Happy New Year's Eve! Monday, December 31, 2018

Mama had the day off from work on New Year's Eve day, and she planned an adventure for herself, Chase and Nanaw. First, they went to Walmart for a variety of items. Chase bought some little Hatchimals. After Walmart, they went to Tequila's for lunch. It had been a long time since Nanaw went there to eat. Nanaw had a chimichanga plate; Mama had a chimichanga and a taco; Chase had chicken nuggets and fries. Mama dropped Chase and Nanaw off at Nanaw's house; Chase was going to spend the afternoon with Nanaw. They went to the cemetery, and then when they got back to Nanaw's house, they took naps. At least Nanaw did. Chase said he took a little nap but Nanaw thinks he was watching the weather channel and playing with various toys. In the evening, Mama and Chase rode with Aunt Becca and Uncle Stan out to Silex for Uncle Chris's New Year's Eve party. Daddy had to work until 5:30 so he came separately. Nanaw went to her nephew Dan's house for New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time with Dan's wife Sherry, sons Ryan and Greg, and Uncle Doug and Aunt Rita. They played a funny game of trying to unwrap a ball of saran wrap to get prizes.
