Mama bought Chase a new tee shirt for St. Pat's Day. It says: "I'm awesome. My Mom is awesome. My Dad is lucky." Very funny. Chase's adventure for the day was a trip to Powder Valley. He took along his police puppy Chase but Nanaw won't do that again. Chase left his toy beside one of the video monitors, and Nanaw did a panicky search everywhere for it. So next time, all toys will remain in the car. Lots of children were at Powder Valley, and Chase seemed to have fun following them around and talking to them. Today he was particularly interested in the huge turtles in the aquarium and spent a long while watching them. Mama wasn't home when Nanaw took Chase home. She had gone to Children's Hospital to visit Aunt Kristen's new baby, Jackson Wayne. Mama says he's doing very well. He's breathing on his own and has a feeding tube in his nose. Aunt Kristen says he'll probably be in the hospital until his due date, which is in May. Mama says he's very cute. She ordered a bath towel with his name on it for him and also a little blanket toy just like Tee Tee. She showed it to Chase, and he recognized it as "Back up," which is what he calls his back up Tee Tees.
