Chase and Nanaw had two adventures today: First, they went to Walmart, then they went to the big Columbia park playground. At Walmart, Chase got to see the Thomas display but had a meltdown when Nanaw couldn’t let him play with it. Horsey was broken so Chase couldn’t ride him but Chase got to ride Elmo and to eat some "bones" candy from the vending machine. At the park, Chase ran from one ride to another, excited and happy to be at the playground. The cutest thing he did was join a family that was on the seesaws. A mom and her little boy were on one of the seesaws. A little girl was by herself on the other seesaw, and Chase got on the seesaw with her. Nanaw and the mom thought that was funny and cute. Mr. Chase is very social, just like his Mama. Chase was 2 years and 10 months old today, and Nanaw told him it was his birthday. At dinner, he told Mama and Daddy that it was his birthday – very cute.
