On Sunday, Mama and Nanaw went to a birthday party for Aunt Karen at Aunt Joan's house. Nanaw took the first picture below of Mama and Chase's cousin Max. Nanaw spent a lot of time holding baby Max. Chase and Daddy went out to Wentzville to visit Grandma Pat. Mama and Daddy were proud of Chase for eating half a ham and cheese sandwich. When Mama and Nanaw returned from the birthday party, Nanaw stayed to visit and play with Chase. Chase set up his Magic Track in the living room and pretended that it was a baseball stadium. Then he got out all kinds of figures and toys and pretended that they were baseball players. It was very cute to watch. Then Chase decided he wanted the golden guys but Mama and Daddy didn't know what he was talking about. Chase went downstairs to show them but he wasn't quite sure what he was looking for. Finally, they all figured out that Chase was talking about the Cardinals Monopoly game, and that the golden guys were the silver figures that are the playing pieces in the game -- very funny. You have to love Chase for his imagination. Chase and Mama had a great time playing Cardinals Monopoly, and Nanaw had a great time watching them play.
